OVERCURVES, woven in 2024, is a 31”x31” weaving that invites us to observe and sense the contours around and inside ourselves. In Modern Dance Technique, the overcurve often involves a push upward off of one foot, against gravity, and over, returning one’s weight to the other, perhaps even falling to the floor. Undercurves are also present in this piece. What do you see?
